Mr. Lyons has been a member of the Lavalette PSD Board of Directors
since 1995 and has served as Chairman the entire time.He was also a Lavalette Volunteer Fireman for over 40 years and has served as a Board Member of that organization since 1959. Mr. Lyons is currently the Chairman of the Volunteer Fire Department Board of Directors and has been for many years. Mr. Lyons is also a member of the Wayne County E-911 Advisory Board. |
Mr. Willis retired from Ashland Oil after 39 years of service in Research and Development He has been a member of the Lavalette PSD Board of Directors since 1980 and has held the position of Secretary / Treasurer for many years. Mr. Willis is now the Director of the Wayne County E-911 system. He was also a Lavalette Volunteer Fireman for over 40 years and served as EMS Training Officer and has been a Paramedic for 35 years. He is a member of the Paramedic Advisory Board at Marshall Community College. Mr. Willis represents Wayne County consumers on the Region 2 Board of Emergency Services and on the Region 2 State Board of Directors of WV EMS-TSN, Inc., and is the Wayne County Manager of Emergency Services. |

Mr. Blatt has been a member of the Lavalette PSD Board of Directors since 2001. Mr. Blatt is also the Owner/Operator of Blatt’s Greenhouse, a business located in Lavalette for the past 28 years. |
