NOTICE
The Annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) for
the Lavalette Public Service District water system
will not be mailed to each customer, but is now available.
Customers may download the reports by clicking on the links
below or receive a copy without charge at our office located at
5308 Rt 152 in Dickson, WV during regular business hours.
Our hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday. VIEW the reports within your browser simply click on a selected link below. It may take a few moments for the forms to download and display. You may also SAVE a copy of the forms by selecting the "little disc icon" 
at the top of the browser window once the file has downloaded and is displayed.
