DRINKING WATER PROBLEM CORRECTED
Customers of Lavalette Public Service District were notified on 09-09-13 of a problem
with our drinking water and were advised to BOIL THEIR WATER PRIOR TO USE. We are
pleased to report that the problem has been corrected and that it is NO LONGER NECESSARY
TO BOIL YOUR WATER. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your

Big Sandy River Rd., Little Hurricane Creek, Hewlett Rd., Long Branch, Sugar Branch,
Queens Creek, Wolf Pen Hollow, Big Hurricane Creek Rd. including the left fork, Rt.37, Spruce
Creek Rd., Tark Hill Rd., Greenbrier Creek Rd., Joel's Branch Rd., and Flat Branch Rd.

Please share this information with all the other people who drink this water, especially
those who may not have received this notice directly (for example, people in apartments, nursing
